David Quinn was on The Hard Shoulder debating proposals to allow assisted suicide and euthanasia in Ireland. Dr Brendan O’Shea of Irish Doctors Supporting MAiD (‘Medical Assistance in Dying’).
David pointed out that Dr O’Shea’s organisation is supportive of extending euthanasia beyond the terminally ill to patients suffering from dementia.
