David Quinn was on Ocean FM last week (April 5) to discuss the Iona Institute’s new paper on eugenics. The paper was prompted by the revelation from the Rotunda hospital that over 90pc of couples who are told their baby has Down Syndrome opt for abortion. David warned that in due course we might have an ‘Irish without Down Syndrome’, and we need to debate the matter urgently.
