Maria Steen was on RTE’s Claire Byrne Live last Monday, discussing the upcoming abortion referendum. Other panellists were Dr John Monaghan, obstetrician, and Mary Butler, Fianna Fáil MP. Representatives of the YES were Orla O’Connor, from the National Women Council of Ireland, Mary Lou McDonald, leader of Sinn Féin, and Dr Peter Boylan, obstetrician.
